Placid Planner is a local wedding planning company based in Lake Placid, New York, specializing in destination weddings at mountain and lakeside venues, resorts, and private estates throughout the Northern Adirondacks. Planning from out of town? We live and work here. Our extensive venue knowledge, established vendor and venue relationships, and understanding of unique Adirondack logistics help you make informed decisions. You’ll work directly with owner and lead planner Elexis, supported by an experienced local team onsite. We offer venue selection, partial planning, and full-service planning and design. Our services begin before or shortly after you book your Lake Placid wedding venue. We accept a limited number of weddings each year, typically focusing on one couple per weekend. Planning fees vary based on your wedding date, venue, guest count, level of service, and event duration. Please inquire for a personalized proposal.
